A Tribe Called Quest Releases Movie

A Tribe Called Quest, iconic hip-hop group, releases a movie “Beats, Rhymes, and Life: The Travels of a Tribe Called Quest“–Sundance Film–this week, July 8th in select locations. People know A Tribe Called Quest for massive musical contributions, but a movie? This is new. The movie will chronicle the group’s trials and tribulations, and what’s to come for the once cult hip-hop collective from the Native Tongues Posse out of Queens, NY. The film debuts in select locations this week, including: New York and Los Angeles. Look for release dates in other U.S. cities later in July, San Francisco, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Austin, and New Orleans. Complete list of release dates here.
